As the Public Challenge Associate, you will support the process of shaping and executing a successful Public Innovation Challenge in both Miami and our expansion markets. Through research, coordination, project management, and execution, your work will help ensure our Public Innovation Challenges deliver value, helping MDIA choose the right department host, the right problem, and the right companies to solve it. You’ll support our municipal partners to understand their priorities and pain points, researching the problem domain until you deeply understand it, and identifying the startups best equipped to solve that specific problem.
